This store was recommended to us by a friend so we decide to go and check it out…I bought some tools and I had to return one of them because it wasn’t needed at the end of the day…I had some inconvenience with other managers trying to get half of my money back and I don’t think they did anything for me because i never got any answers from them at all. I had to go back for the 3rd time and the manager’s name who finally helped me was STEPHANIE SHE TOOK OVER MY SITUATION AND SHE FIX IT ASAP. She has a grate costumer service very polite and kind she has the time for all your questions with out giving any type of face expression or frustration SHE GETS THE JOB DONE!!!. THANK YOU STEPHANIE FOR YOU HELP I REALLY APPRECIATED YOUR SERVICE * . THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Got a chain saw here today 9.11.22 and never had a issue with this place in the past. Until today thanks to Mike H (assistant manager). I followed the instructions and the chain saw didn't work. So we go to exchange it and had the worst experience ever. First they try to start it them selves, then they failed to start it. Then we spoke to the assistant manager Mike H, and said that it was going to be $40 to fix and the technician wasn't there and were screwed. To go home and come back tomorrow. After told that we can't exchange it we asked why not, if we bought it today. He said its our problem and we have to deal with it since we bought it, and to leave the store. He was being rude and demanding we lesve with no sense of customer service, no solution after asking for a refund he refused. So after a back and forth we said we were going to call the police and then another employee came and apologized to us and mentioned that, that's how he is towards Hispanics at times. After the 3rd employee failed to start the chainsaw he went to get another one and exchanged it. 2 employees that were not assistant managers were way nicer and provided great service. While the person that is suppose to be the leader and uphold a higher standard behaved unprofessional, rude, showed racial discrimination and gave this company a bad name. We buy tools from here often and this situation makes me double think ever going back and spreading the word.
