DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. My dog came home from doggy daycare with a swollen paw so I brought her in as soon as possible. When I called, I was told she’d be examined for bites and wounds, and get x-rays if necessary. After paying $400 for X-Rays(that showed nothing), as well as anti-inflammatory meds, I notice her licking her paw. After I looked at it for 15 seconds, it’s clear this was some type of bite that the vet clearly missed. Now I’m out $400 and still don’t have a solution to the problem, because the vet can’t do their job.

The vet at this clinic Jack Burks . Prescribed that my rabbit be cleaned twice a day with hydrogen peroxide, my rabbit was brought in because she had open wounds on her stomach and it needed medical attention . So jack burks prescribes a antibiotic and says we should clean the open wounds twice a day with hydrogen peroxide. Afterwards we take her home and start this regiment and she starts loosing weight and loosing the color in her hair and stopped eating and is just falling down. Today august 30th, we called Preston road animal hospital to tell them what was going on and to ask if we can immediately bring my rabbit in. Jack informs the nurse after a 6 minute hold time, that we should go to the hospital as he has no time today. We rush to the animal hospital and after 2 minutes of reaching there , they tell us my rabbit will not make it and their is no point in trying anything and that we should let her pass away peacefully. The nurse asked us what our vet has said and we let her know that he had told us too clean her with hydrogen peroxide twice a day and she went into a shock and said that kills all the good bacteria and basically takes away what she has to fight. My rabbit passed away today all because we were given the wrong instructions on how to care for our rabbit . The hydrogen peroxide was so lethal for our rabbit who would have not passed away today if we had not used this method. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS OR LOVED PETS HERE . THEY DO NOT CARE.

Everyone was super friendly and I have absolutely no complaints about my visit. Pricing was reasonable and provided upfront without even needing to ask. The vet was knowledgeable and kind just like the techs. Will absolutely be bringing my cat back next time she needs care!

We were worried during our first visit about our dog since she didn't have a good experience with our last vet But our dog loved all the staff! They were super friendly and understanding about our dog jumping on them giving them love. Totally recommend this place.
