Thank you ITS for your services. My perm came out amazing, the fun I had was Great, and the communication with what I wanted and what I received was The Best! The new instructor is AWESOME👌and to u have to check out her skills and knowledge. Ill definitely be going back💞 Also, people remember these are Students ans Why your Paying Low prices, so be easy if they forget to switch to a towel or get u a little wet washing your hair. You had to somewhere didnt you, let these ladies learn and get better, its okay Beauties💞

Horrible experience! Hair came out terrible. Easy, just wanted highlights I already had some in and hair was light brown. I knew it wasn't going to be perfect because of it being done by students but didn't think it would come out that bad.. and the instructor (Ursula looking)lady was very rude. She made the whole experience even worse, her solution to it all was to just dye it all black to cover the mistake.

very unprofessional place...The front lady is very rude and other lady too irresponsible around. They don’t care about clients. only they care about is bucks from clients. Yesterday i went for hair colour, they couldn’t get the colour done what i wanted. I even asked for suggestions multiple times before my hair done but the front lady instead said me be quiet i’ll handle everything. i thought they would do great job but I couldn’t see any changes in my hair and when i asked they instead blame me just to hide their mistakes. when i asked about to fix my hair, the lady front desk lady said me to just pay and leave. I haven’t got my hair done or any change on my hair i got to see...The only thing i could do was to pay ani never go back. I was charged full for not getting any service that i wanted. I wasted my money and precious time with this kinda nasty people. They were no good at all. Please Don’t go to ITS !!! Haunted place with Haunted front desk lady.

Very rude and inconsiderate. I went in to ask if they had appointments and asked if they could work with me on having my child with me as im breast feeding and the impossibly over sized woman behind the counter screams at me for not calling for and an appointment and reaches her dirty meaty hand over the counter to point her finger in my babys face and says to me “you need to get a babysitter for that”! Preventing access to a breastfeeding mother is against the law and your establishment needs to calm down you are student based beauty school not a high end salon. Clean your selves up because you are a wreck and follow federal law
