The Dress Shop in Ingram Park Mall is a store filled with beautiful gowns galore. Ms. Maria was Fabulous! She helped us find a dress for a teenager with that hard to fit figure. We had almost given up hope of finding that "perfect dress" after going to store after store, shop after shop. The Dress Shop was our last stop and last hope. Ms. Maria reassured us that she'd help us find something. And she did! Not only did it work for our teenager, but it was her favorite color! I've never seen my child smile so big. She walked out of the store so happy, she was walking on air! A million thanks Ms. Maria! We will only shop here from now on for our formal needs. The shop is overflowing with beautiful gowns, dresses, formal shoes and even crowns!

Just left from there. Prom dress shopping for my younger sister. She found beautiful dresses but she’s curvy so, I wanted her to try them on first as it’s hard for her to find good fitting dresses as is. The worker let us know though that we weren’t allowed to try ANY dresses on unless we were purchasing that exact dress. How backwards is that ? Will not be bringing my other sisters or family member by here again. She told us “ I need my dressing room for customers because we are busy “. I guess our money isn’t as green as others?

I walked in with hopes to find a prom dress. I grab a few and go into the fitting room . The lady with blonde hair knocks on the door and informs me I can’t just come in to try dresses on . That part I understood but what hurt me was when she looked at my options and then proceeded to look me up and down and say “why are you getting this size you’re obviously a large “ .She even looked at me like I was a child and asked if my mom was in the store with me and was like “are you sure she’s here” talking to me like I’m a child or a thief. I’m a teenager who probably shouldn’t hear things like that. If someone wants to try on a dress and see for THEMSELVES that they don’t fit into something let them see for their own sake like me. Never returning here just because of this one bad experience!

No, their customer service is excellent. However they do not have a big variety. Depending on time, they may be able to find what you are looking for.
We do have some plus size dresses out on the floor, most if not all dresses go up to a size 5Xl or 26, we would order your size which only takes about a week.
