I took my vehicle to get a routine oil change at this same place I have been going to for the past year or so..and after this last visit..I was met by a team member explaining to me that the last service was done by an ex employee who is no longer employed there for neglect and damages to my own and other vehicles..and they could not start or even complete the service because of the damages of a stripped bolt oil pan with globs of adhesive on it..but if I would take it to a professional that can fix.. bring back the estimate and they would "handle it"..I felt so violated and betrayed after trusting these people for so long.

They fixed a coolant issue another mechanic shop really wasn’t wanting to mess with, for a better price too. They are good people and take accountability if they do make mistakes. Was very happy with my experiences here.
