The personnel was courteous but that’s about where the good experience ended , took a vehicle with uneven worn front tires to have all tires replaced , when the appointment was made the agreement was that the tires would be replaced and and alignment performed because i didn’t want to put new tires on the vehicle to have them wear uneven like it has been , dropped off the vehicle and few minutes later some one call me to ask me where the security lug nuts socket was to which they were told that it was in the glove box in a plastic bag as it came from the dealer , the person indicated that everything was pulled out of the compartment and it wasn’t there but they would check again and put everything back up , at that moment i asked again to make sure if they were going to align the front wheels , to what the person replied that their machine was down “that was the most important thing” that i wanted to get done , why wasn’t that mentioned before i even took time out of my day to drop my car off is beyond my understanding , i instructed them to put regular lugs if the tools wasn’t there , unsure if the vehicle was ever aligned which i don’t think it was and i don’t know how would some one proceeds to put new tires on a vehicle with uneven wear problems i don’t get it , went pick it up not very happy about it , was upset at the whole deal just to get home and see that the socket key was laying on the passenger sit with with the mess they left out from everything they pulled out of everywhere to look for it when it was exactly where i told them , it’s a company vehicle but if it’s up to me i’ll never go back.
