Don't purchase a car here. They lied to me about financing. They told me in my face that we would go with my current bank and instead used a bank i have never heard of. They also charge me high interest when i had a better deal. The car I purchased had malfunctions the first day and died on me in the middle of the road. They were not honest and I'm stuck in a bad car and bad deal.

I recently traded my car in with Courtesy Nissan in May. 5 months later I am being told I need a new engine. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone at the dealership now. I live in a new state and I’ve been stranded for over a month. This is the most stressful situation I have been in, and although I bought a “as is” car, no good faith has been offered to help. I wouldn’t recommend getting a car here, they clearly selling lemon cars and getting a sale is more important than being helpful in the long run. The service department there is amazing!! The salesman are sketchy.

The people here are super nice...BUT service is so stinking slow! 2 hours for an oil change EVERY TIME. With an appointment!! Was told an appointment was simply to be able to talk to an advisor, not for the actual oil change...WHAT??!!
