ECC has been my family for 10 years! There were times when I was tired and thought about not going on a Wednesday night, but my then 13-yr old pulled me to go! When your teen wants to go, you go! And the Women’s studies and small groups are full of precious friends! But the teaching is the best. Dr.Crane teaches deeply, but makes it accessible and applicable. Thank you!

Pastor Steve , asked me to leave, for I had a Service Dog. I Just don't find the people to be as friendly. Hard to meet others and after a year and we're moving one. When you have a Service Dog the people show their true colors. So many came up to me and stated why do I have a Service Dog. For I didn’t look like I needed one. The kindness and love for Disablity person with a Service Dog is lacking. I was told since I have a service dog that I wasn’t allowed in certain rooms because one boy had dog allergies. I told them this is why I came here to be part of my grandkids lives. They come to the same section. ( my Service dog wasn’t near him, nor does she lay on the ground. I also wash here every Saturday night. Also, Everyone who has a pets carry dog or cat hair or dander on them. My dog isn’t even near the same area class that this one boy is. Again I felt the lack of compassion the staff shows, for they had a friend tell me to leave . I went again and the pastor Steve asked me not come come again. Never again will I even give it a glance or a thought of coming here. God isn’t here for love works both ways. Update: it’s been years since this happened. The lack of brotherhood and the judgment that goes on in this church is sad. I haven’t gone to a church since then. Last week after six years,Just went to Calvary Star that just started. I was waiting and overwhelmed going there for I was waiting for so called Christians to say something. They didn’t say anything rude. Yet they didn’t say anything nice. Just so those who are reading this know. I was beaten and left for dead in a home robbery. I suffered major brain damage that one can’t see. I suffer horrible ptsd. I have lost all these years going to church with my grandkids. My old church was with Greg Laurie at Harvest. Not once , Did they ask me to leave. We Spend 29 Years as a family going there. Moved back to idaho, and the hate and lack of love as a Christian church is bad here. I’m sorry I’m broken. Yet I thought for sure Christians would be loving. Boy was I so wrong.

I attend this church with my family on occasion. I am not a Christian but was raised Christian and baptized in my teens. I attend with my husband who was recently baptized here. One thing I find disconcerting with christians in general is that they like to profess their compassion to any and all humans Christian or not, but I feel this church cultivates a very Us vs them narrative. I also attend a Buddhist temple on occasion. It's striking the differences in messages given through sermons. I don't believe most that attend are 'true' Christians by any extent. I believe that their faith has been dictated by a political agenda that isolates and excludes many. After asking for assistance and prayer for my husbands immigration situation we were completely ignored. It's as if you don't adhere to the political dogma you won't find those christian values, christians love to talk about, because it it doesn't politically fit their 'Christian' agenda. I don't like to air dirty laundry on a review but I would suggest finding a smaller church or stick to your own mindful worship and study.

It is a welcoming church to all that believe and those that are questioning their faith. Pastor Steve sermons are both biblical and historical. The church serves the community with five campuses throughout the Treasure Valley. There are several ministries and groups. Childcare is available. I highly recommend visiting.

Hi Phil & Gretchyn- All of the worship services are basically the same including contemporary worship songs with occasional hymns, communion and preaching of the Word. You can see what they are like on Youtube or Facebook. I hope you can join us in person or online.
