This last weekend, I drove in from Tulsa and went to a show in OKC. The following morning, I woke up and to my horror, got a notification on my car that my remaining oil life was at 2%. I panicked and looked for a place that was open on a Sunday morning and could do an oil change. I tried a nearby Firestone but there was a sign on the door that sue to staffing issues, they were closed on Sundays. The next closest was Hibdon Tires. I went in and they said they’d need me to leave my car for the day. I said that was ok as I had no other choice. However, the lady behind the counter, MaLissa, could sense my despair and said she could squeeze my car in and get my oil changed alongside another car. She was kind enough to help me out while I was in a pinch. On a Sunday morning of all days. I was in and out in less than 2 hours (they were incredibly business).

Terrible service had an appointment told it would take a hour for rotate and balance. Car wasn't even on rack in a hour. Absolutely ridiculous to have an appointment and shown zero priority. To add insult to injury I bought the tires from them.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MONDAY MORNING 8:00AM FOR 2 NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT AND AN OIL CHANGE EVERYONE THAT GOT IN AFTER ME WENT AND GONE FIRST THEN OLE MAN IN THE BACK COULD NOT GET THE BOLT OUT OF THE OIL PAN TO CHANGE THE OIL
