HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A CAR DEALERSHIP. MY BROTHER JUST GOT HIS SUV BACK FROM THEIR MECHANICS, LAST WEEK AND HE'S HAD TO SPEND ALMOST $400 BECAUSE THEY EITHER BROKE THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING OR THEY FAILED TO INSPECT THE "NEW" ENGINE THEY TOOK ALMOST 7 WEEKS TO PUT IN HIS SUV. DON'T BUY FROM ANY LOCATION, THE ONE IN RUSSELLVILLE SEEMS TO BE WORSE, "IT'S AGAINST THEIR POLICY TO FIX THEIR OWN SCREW UPS"!!!!

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
