While it is great that they are so pet friendly, the location is nice, and there is a washer and dryer unit inside the place, the management is awful. The trash is overflowing, there are cockroaches throughout the apartments, the renovation crew did an awful job (they do not even know how to screw in cabinets correctly - some were also stripped), and the place didn't even have locks on the windows day 1. I just think that if they actually used the money effectively that they are gouging their tenants with, they could have good exterminators, clean trash bins, and security. I have never seen cockroaches so big until I moved here.

It’s a good place to live here and it’s close to Starbucks and grocery stores and It’s a park across the street and it’s quite here every one minds their business

Since I have lived here for the last 9 yrs, It is the best it's ever been. The new management is great and when something needs to be addressed they are so quick on fixing the issue. They are very kind and understanding. This place is a great place to live bec it is alway well kept and feels safe for my family and I.
