The custom spa cover was cheaper than the other places I had checked and they made it fairly quickly. Communication was adequate. I was a little disappointed that it was not covered in any protective material when I picked it up. It was stained black along the hinge. I’m guessing from where it was stored in the warehouse and a hinge tab was partly ripped off. Hopefully it holds up ok to normal wear and tear. Also I specifically asked that the tie downs be placed on the hinge sides but they put them on the opposite sides.

We are offering curbside pickup and curbside drop off.
We do not know of a true automatic hot tub cover other than adapting a automatic pool cover to your spa. You might want to contact a local pool cover company to see if they can do this. Thanks for your inquiry.
