I purchased a toto toilet from them for a major remodel I was doing on our bathroom. During this rebuild, I had a tenant die from covid, and it took me 3 months to fix it up. My mother died and I am still dealing with her estate as I write this issue. When I opened the box up that had our toto wall mounted toilet was shipped in, I took this picture for fear of damage. Unfortunately my concerns were valid because the toilet had a small scratch we will have to live with because their return policy has a 180 day limit. I'm not going to buy a $1,000 toilet to replace it. Make sure you check your packages before this time period expires.
