I have used Data Doctors for several years and they have been great. They do a wonderful job of keeping our computers safe and running smoothly. John has been great with making it easy to take care for all of our computer needs. I truth them too and that's important when dealing with computers and your personal information. I would definitely recommend Data Doctors.

I have always been pleased with the service and have been a member since 2016. My recent experience is an exception. The service representative was very anxious, treated me as if I was going to infect him by insisting I go to an opposite counter, and his anxiety around fear of getting exposed made the interaction very uncomfortable. The most concerning aspect of the interaction, however, was when my husband picked up the computer (because I was sick). He was not asked for credentials, and the representative literally pointed to the computer several feet away and my husband retrieved it. I am typically given a paper report of some kind and that was not provided. I really feel badly for the agent and perhaps he should avoid working with the public until he feels more comfortable. I will likely change my service location if I opt to continue with Data Doctors.
