Complimentary breakfast and dinner which were both good quality for a hotel. Complementary drinks too, which were again, good all things considered. The gym and pool are both WAY too small for a hotel of this size. Weights only go up to 30 lbs in the gym and the ellipticals are REALLY noisy. Only 4 machines and some weights are crammed into what is essentially a closet. The pool is an indoor/outdoor split but with the number of guests this hotel can hold it gets overfilled quickly with people so you can't so much "swim" as you can stand in the pool. We had a common room with an attached bedroom. The temperature difference was 10+ degrees between the two rooms at all times; the common room's A/C did NOT work and there was no airflow between the two to balance it out. Also, a 7-story hotel needs more than one pair of elevators. There was always a wait in the lobby for one and they seemed full more than half the time going down so you had to wait for another.

An absolutely exceptional staff, our stay here was phenomenal. We will be booking here again! The pool and hot tub were extremely nice, along with the room and suite! Such a memorable experience! (Thank you so much Jason, for making sure our stay was over the top!)

We had originally planned to stay at the Embassy Suites because we love the evening cocktails and hot breakfast but was too expensive ($800 for 2 nights!) Turns out Drury Inn has that and so much more without the high price! Free evening cocktails and a light dinner, free hot breakfast, coffee available all hours. Beautiful hotel, indoor/outdoor pool. Really nice fitness center. Hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. This will be our go-to for every trip to Cincinnati, and any other vacation spots Drury Inn is available!

Staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. However, my AC didn't work in my room. One maintenance person replaced the batteries in the wall unit since it said low battery. We thought that would fix it but it didn't. Called the desk a few more times about it that night, they did eventually offer to move me rooms but I was going through a lot and didn't feel up to doing that so they did bring a fan up that evening which helped get me through the night. The front desk rep that answered that night opted to take $50 off my stay as well as have someone come fix the ac the next day. I never did get the $50 credit but the maintenence man Don came the next day and got the ac to work. He was honestly the kindest and most helpful person. My first night staying i was also 3 minutes too late to the drink/snack thing they offer and was told it's on a timer so they couldn't help me plus no food was out anymore. I know it was my responsibility to be there on time but I wasn't even 5 min late and was denied both my drinks and food which was very disappointing. All in all not a bad stay. The room was beautiful and clean and the staff were very friendly and did try to be helpful but I'd be lying if I said this was a great Drury inn experience. The pool and hot tub were the highlights of my experience here. Absolutely lovely, well maintained and the hot tub was nice and hot. 😌

Yes, there's a $20 per night pet fee. Confirm with the hotel staff ahead of time for room availability.
It's 55 miles to the Ark Encounter. Shopping of course is closer depending on what you need. Sharonville is NE of downtown Cincinnati off I275.
They shutdown the kickback food and drinks right on time which I believe is 7 pm. In order to partake I suggest you arrive at least for 6 pm.
I believe 10:00 p.m. to 11
Depending on where you are wanting to go in Batavia it shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes if you go by 275 to the Batavia exit. It's almost all highway.
Drury has a member club. That does offer some discount
No. If you use the pullout bed check for clean sheets. Ours were not.
