This place deserves 0 stars! I use to take my child here and Dr.Reese would talk about politics and irrelevant stuff more than how my child was doing on their meds. She was always late seeing my child. The last two times she was an hour and mins late so I canceled, and this last time she was 20mins late. I wanted a different person to see my child and they discharged my child saying I did no call no show.

I was hesitant to try getting diagnosed at TW Ponessa because of the negative reviews, but I've had nothing but good experiences (at least at the downtown Lancaster location). The reception staff have always been polite and quick with check in. My intake appointment had to be scheduled very far in advance, but after that it's been easy to get appointments. My diagnosis was quick (ADHD, I had my list of symptoms ready to go). I've been working with Bethany Brown to find a good balance of medication and practical solutions. Based on my positive experience, I might try therapy there as well.

I wish I could give it 0 starts. I had a two part evaluation performed by the most unprofessional and unprepared staff members fathomable. This evaluation was scheduled to be performed by the same member for each part but the first time came to this guy by surprise (unprepared) and the second part he had forgotten about completely and was not even available... Another staff member has to be grabbed up to do the second part .. Also not prepared but she did the best she could. And now I've been going back and forth for over a week just to simply have my results released to the interested third party. This place is a big bag of confusion and unpreparedness. At the first sign of me getting irritable over the whole ordeal, tried to lecture me over attitude and then hung up on me. Bottom line, I'm still waiting for the person in charge of my records to get back to me even, let alone actually send out a copy for me. Total waste of a professional building.
