I was profiled by a teller today. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and have been negatively impacted overall by my experience today. I will not be returning to this branch again. Reading the other recent reviews, I know I’m not the only one who will be avoiding this branch due to poor customer service.

The Rancho Cucamonga branch is terrible. The short male teller thinks US Bank already bought them out when doesn't happen until May and has Napoleon isdues. He comes in ragged and tired like he hasn't slept all night. When I feel sorry for him, he closes my account for no reason. The bankers are lazy. One can't see. Put your time elsewhere where people are friendly and not struggling, And Rude.

I live in Fontana and there are no branches in Fontana so I have to drive 6.5 miles to the rancho location. In past 3 months I've had to visit this location 6 times for various reasons and 5 times the outside ATM machine has been out of order. Very frustrating. What's it going to take to fix this issue?

With this specific branch, I'm extremely satisfied. The senior representative that helped me open my account always greets everyone that enters and she recognizes the people that she has helped. She remembers names as well and I think that's quite genuine. The tellers are also helpful. It's a rather empty bank and I remember having to wait a little to get assistance before but they were able to multitask and help 3 others at the same time. Unfortunately, whenever I have an issue with my card or any other banking service, customer service doesn't satisfy as much. I had to call 3 times for my card limit to be temporarily raised. The first representative on the phone didn't raise it, but only told me it was an option and I had thanked her because I thought she raised it. I shouldn't have! But the next two were more helpful since they knew exactly what I wanted, though it took 40 minutes.
