Our first time to the coffee bean even tho we have lived here for 2 years and it was wonderful. The coffee not to sweet and the pastries were warmed just right. Thank you to the cashier barista who helped us, she was right-on in helping us with our choices! We will be back!

Went here to get a latte and have a nice study session, and it was fine until I needed to use the restroom. Both the restroom doors were locked with signs saying "ask a barista for a restroom key". So I went back and saw a woman who looked like a manager and asked her if I would be able to get a restroom key. She was talking to some friends or whatever and seemed bothered by my question and just said "They're out of order." I saw another couple of customers needing to use the restroom but being told the same thing. This makes no sense as there were two restrooms, and there's no way both of them are out of order. If even one of them was, the manager would've sounded more genuine or at least apologetic. She just seemed annoyed. I sat down and I was baffled by this for a good ten minutes wondering what I was suppossed to do. Isn't this place supposed to be somewhere to sit down and study or meet with people and have a coffee? How are you going to not allow customers to use the restroom? I really needed to use the restroom, so I then asked a barista if there's any way I could use it, but he just said "I'll ask the manager" and came back and told me they're "out of order" and that I could go across the street to K-Towne 88 and use their restroom. I guess the Coffee Bean manager really hates letting customers use the restroom here. It's such a shame that the drink I had was decent but the experience at The Coffee Bean was so egregious that I would never return to, support, or recommend this Coffee Bean.

Sign says restrooms for paying customers…I asked for the key as a paying customer they said no restrooms …I asked why they just say Ler their boss which is conveniently not on site …told them I’d be for an hour and what do they expect customer to do …they said go across the street !! Really !! What a waste…too bad I already bought my coffee☹️😡
