My coffee took forever, only to find out someone else had taken my order. I 100% do not blame the staff but the fact that Starbucks hasn't bothered to implement a better system when it comes to mobile orders when many other restaurants and to go places have. Idk what the time estimates are based on or why they can't bother providing a customer's full name on a sticker so that people with common names don't have a problem. The store had one espresso machine down and that should have been something they should have been able to take into account with the mobile order process. I feel bad for how stressed out everyone was for things that weren't in their control. Also as a side note, the fact that someone literally has to stand and hand out mobile orders...customers should really be more accountable or honestly people shouldn't steal other people's stuff.

Face masks for employees, limit to a few people waiting inside, and plastic shield in the pickup area. My only wish is that the limit to those waiting inside is enforced more strictly. Sometimes there can be up to 5-6 people waiting in a fairly small area inside.
