I have tried therapy in the past. I had an extremely bad experience it was a lot of playing 20 questions and not helping me deal with things I was going through in life. So when I started going to life and love counseling I already had a pre-assumption of how it was going to go. It most certainly was not in any way shape or form like how the old one was. They let you pour your heart out and say everything that is on your mind that’s bothering you and they give you the best tools, tips and advice on how to deal with what you’re going through or how to handle a situation with another person in a healthy way. They help you heal, they make you feel like you matter and they help you grow and become the best you, you could possibly be. Thanks to them I now am able to build a very healthy relationship with my mother and I feel like a totally different person. I no longer deal with suicidal thoughts or self-esteem issues as bad as I used to I’m still a work in progress but thanks for life and love counseling everything feels a lot easier and nothing feels impossible anymore. I now have the confidence to advocate for myself instead of letting people take it vantage of me or walk all over me or treat me like a pile of dog poop. I am the happiest I’ve been in a very long time thank you life and love counseling and thank you Amber for being the best therapist I’ve ever had
