Worst McDonald's ever. Went for dinner asked for a burger couldn't get the order right three times they messed it up. Came back after a movie through the drive-thru it was 2 minutes till 11:00 when they turned lights off and shut down they advertised open till midnight on the door and refused to take any orders worst customer service worst McDonald's will never ever go there again

The drive thru is slow and usually crowded. Not happy with the lack of customer service

Went here today and was told I can have 1 sauce before being charged. Even though I ordered on the app and it doesn’t charge for sauces….what kind of fast food restaurant charges for sauces? Talk about stingy. Fix the app if your going to charge for sauce instead of just refusing to give them when the customer comes to pick up the order.

I will never go back to this McDonald's. Went there on Saturday and we sat in the drive thru for 30 mins, get to the ordering area and the dude taking orders was disgustingly rude. Told us we needed to wait because we had 2 separate orders. We waited about 5 mins while we watched him help the other line. So we said "excuse us, can we order now?" He said, "WHAT!!" Needless to say we didn't order cause he was beyond disrespectful with his tone. This is the 2nd time we've had an issue at this location so never again!!
