It was fun we got to get stuff for Danny's birthday! He loved the hide the squirrels, the bones, although he was startled by the other animals like the birds we should really bring him in more often so he doesn't feel jittery about the animals that are there I wish there were a spot for the dogs so we could have gotten a small eatable dog treat when we check out well it's great otherwise so y'all DISERVE a 4 out of 5 stars

Zero customer service in the fish department. When I asked if I could purchase fish, the kid at the counter kept telling me they had signs up saying they didn't have anyone to pull fish right now. Well, had there been ANY signs, I wouldn't have asked. But he insisted there were signs. I guess he thought talking down to me and wanteing to argue was good customer service.

I was so very impressed with the help that was given to me for free! The lady that was cleaning out the reptile bins stopped and helped my son and I out! The info she supplied was OUTSTANDING!!! She started with a disclaimer that you should ALWAYS get 2 opinions, then she provided us with an extensive amount of knowledge! She helped us hand pick out all of the supplies that we would need! Then it wasn’t even very expensive at all! Overall very happy with the help! 10/10 will be back with my family and friends for all of our pets needs! Didn’t get the leopard gecko from them but they definitely helped our little “Zotty” out! Thank you Petco of Spokane Valley!!
