Quite, comfortable, beautiful accommodations. Washer, dryer, full kitchen, balcony, BBQ, exercise room, tennis, hoops, playground. Not stocked so stop in town and get your supplies. Limited services here. My fav of all in the area. There is NOT 24/7 staffing & no maid service so if that's necessary for you, this is probably not for you.

Stayed there for 3 nights. The 2 BR unit was very spacious, comfortable, well furnished and clean. We used it as our base to ski Mission Ridge (40 min away) and will book this again in the future. The restaurant part of this resort offered wonderful food with a French chef at incredible prices.

I stay here with my family annually. The rooms are great, very nice. Beds are comfortable, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Basically like an apartment. They have fairly good size decks with grills and furniture. Living rooms have a good size TV with Dish as well as the bedroom. You get access to a decent gym (mostly cardio and weight machines with some dumbbells and a Smith machine) as well as a nice community pool/hottub area. The wifi performance is pretty lackluster. We have one of the access points in our room and it is clear that they need more bandwidth. In the afternoon while everyone was out, I pulled down about 3Mbps but in the evening I was lucky to get 200Kbps. Additionally, their MicroTik routers do not support Intel wireless cards it appears. My Dell laptop could not see the network. Thankfully I was able to use my travel router to bridge and get connected for some work in the evening. Apparently this is a known issue with these access points and it appears that a firmware upgrade would fix the problem - so owners if you read this, you might want to contact your network vendor. This place could benefit from an infrastructure overhaul with something like a Ubiquiti AP setup and would improve the experience immensely. My one other complaint is that it was difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone (though maybe it could have been the times I was calling?) to make a reservation or even just ask questions. Overall, great hotel and I will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend.

The property was gorgeous and the rooms were very nice inside. There website does say there will be free wifi in every room but when we got there we could not get internet access and when we called the front desk Linda the very unprofessional woman at the front desk was extremely rude saying she would have to call to get it fixed and that she was just not willing to do that. We also needed more garbage bags and when we asked her for them you would think we were asking for her first born. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They need more training there on hoe to treat the customer that is paying good money to stay at there location. I would never let that miserable woman work with the public. Also we all ended up with bruises from the furniture. But if the customer service changed it would be a very enjoyable establishment.
