The Nurse was amazing & and so was the ER Tech. The Dr bedside manner was less the ideal. However the rest of the staff made up for his rudeness and lack of compassion, he made me feel like I was wasting his time and I didn’t need to be seen, I had just been re ended and my car is a complete loss.

We have had a handful of experiences with QVMC. The most important one was for our 4week old baby girl that had stopped breathing off and on. We went in to the ER and right away they knew she needed to be checked for RSV and given extra oxygen. The staff was kind and informative.

Long story short, my kiddo did not receive the proper care he needed. I don't know if it's because my husband and kiddo were out of town guests but please do better. Nothing worst than having a provider who's treating you doing a half a** job.
