Scheduled for 2nd covid vacine apt for son. Sat for 15 minutes! Just to find out that they messed up on the days and that he was a day early! Lost of time and money off work will be transfering my kids to Wenatchee!

I have experienced nothing but A++ service here via the front desk staff, Doctors(dental as well) and the pharmacy. I have a VERY busy life with a bunch of kiddos who always seem to need an appointment for "normal things/Shots/medications/Sport Physicals/Dental cleanings/fillings, Etc"... The staff at QCHC has Always been/is helpful with ALL of these!

Absolutely the WORST care you could ever hope for. You cannot even speak to your Doctor unless you spend $200.00 dollars for an appointment to get answers to a quick question. The nurses are rarely available for a brief phone question or help you get an answer for you from your doctor, and the receptionist only know how to make an appointment & help you go broke in the process. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

Hello Ginny. Yes, you can pay bills online through our Patient Portal. Just go to our website www.mlchc.org and click on the Patient Portal button in the upper right-hand corner. Once you've created an account you can selected the view and pay bill option.
Our online appointment request is temporarily down while we launch our new site. The services will resume shortly. Until then you can still schedule an appointment by calling into our Quincy location at 509-787-6423.
