HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. i literally NEVER write reviews... i ordered ahead on the app and waited 30 minutes for two drinks and two grilled cheeses. i waited for that long because i understand that things can get busy and didn’t want to cause a fuss. after an hour passed, i went through the drive through to ask for the update on my order. workers told me to pull up front, i obliged. then after another 15 minutes, nobody came out with my order. so i went to the door, kind as can be, explaining that i know things can get busy. i showed them my order on my phone, and then the workers actually tried to STEAL MY PHONE. they put it in their pocket and turned the power all the way off. cops were almost called, i actually cannot make any of this up. the ONLY reason they gave me my phone back is because i noticed a security camera and told them i’ll call the cops and have them pull the footage. then, the worker pulled my phone out of the bottom of her pocket and it was completely turned off. my phone was on 89% before i got to sonic, so there’s NO WAY it was dead. i’m writing this immediately after it happened and my phone is on 70%. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to support an establishment that tries to STEAL from their customers.

Worst double cheeseburger meal I ever had!!! It had the bottoms of the bun on top and bottom. The hamburg tasted like it was made yesterday and it was cold as were the fries. If I could have left work I would have brought it back...Very rude service also. It was like I was interrupting him. Never never again. I work for the City and will spread the word. This was today around 10:45 am...
