I agree with the rest of the 1-2 star reviews. Nail chipped in 6 days, then a second one the day right after. Was not my first visit but for sure my last.

Loved it the first time, second time was ok but third time and I’m disappointed. Nail chipped after 2 days but I was away on vacation. Came back and left work early to get it fixed because now it’s cracked my actual nail and was slowing me down at work only to be told that no one could fix it because it could only be fixed by the same tech and she was off that day. Aka no one else wanted to be bothered because they won’t make money off of it. That’s not customer service. If there’s an issue, fix it, plain and simple. Very annoyed.
