Beautiful loaves. Enthusiastic staff. Got the country french but crust was completely soft. Will have to toast. Disappointed when tearing into on the spot. Humidity? Bought on Sat but baked on Thursday??

Incredible Cobbler (& I have HIGH STANDARDS)!! Good counter salesmanship (NOT pushy)-pride in their product..they didn’t want us to miss the experience😇. So glad we didn’t❤️. Expensive but worth double👍🏻🤗😎!

I love their sourdough loaves, but can’t tell if it’s actual sourdough starter or just added malt. Regardless, awesome bread for a reasonable price!

Had a lemon curd danish (with donut dough) that was delightful. All of the baked goods look great and I'll have to come back for more.

Do you make gluten free bread?

No sorry, the closest thing is a spelt bread. The spelt bread is made with an ancient grain (spelt) this means the gluten strands shorter and easier to digest. Most people with gluten intolerance can eat the bread but if you have celiac I would stay away. Hope this helped.

What is the best way to keep Italian Hubcap bread fresh? Do I leave it in the brown bag or wrap it in foil or plastic wrap?

I put it in a plastic bag and seal it if you cannot use it all in a few days I would freeze it
