I took my silver chain in for a repair on Saturday. They had to order a new clasp. I got a call on Monday saying that the jewelry was able to repair and solder it because the clasp didn't actually break it just bend and snapped. They didn't even charge me. That chain means alot to me because my little brother had a matching one before his passing. Thank you so much Vaul Creek! You guys are the best. I appreciate you all.

We have been here and in the past and have always been treated so well! Vail Creek creates such a welcoming environment, and they truly make an effort to know their clients. We never felt pressure to purchase anything, but they happily explained our different options within our price point. We are so happy with our purchase and look forward to coming in again sometime!
