Terribly changed now that they have new general manager Rebecca at the Turlock #931 location Geer rd. There was a poorly trained employee who held up the line for 20 minutes and never told the retail customers that they could use the membership lines. Acting manager Ashley would not offer any inconvenienced customers free washed. Talked to the regional manager Rebecca by phone and I was told she would have her boss Jarrett give me a call but I didn't believe her cause of her voice and failing to show empathy for my situation and actually telling me I must have had a free wash before since I knew the policy. I had to reprimand her an tell her the location was formerly owned by Prime shine and I wish it still was due the customer service stinks at the management level. Avoid this location at all costs an write in on them when you can cause the public needs to know.

The car wash is very small and a little hard to get in and out of. The employees are very friendly. The car wash cleaned my car pretty well. The vacuums at this one are very bad! No suction at all. It took me a long time of repeated vacuuming to get my car cleaned out.

Why not take cash?? They don't give out wipes to clean dashboard. Or cardboard smelly to hang on your car.And I paid for membership
