I was very thankful to have a studio here because the price was the cheapest in town. However, this apartment complex is hands down the WORST place I’ve ever lived and the worst managed complex I’ve been with. The manager Obalin is never in the office, never answers the phone and takes days to reply to emails if she replies at all. I moved out recently and the management is illegally withholding my deposit. Lived here for a year and a half and never paid my rent late. It’s now been 37 days since i moved out and I have not received my deposit back, which I was promised I would get back within no more then 21 days. Every time I've asked for her bosses number she won’t give it to me. Something is up here because this is absurd! Never had this issue with any other rental. I’ve contacted a small claims attorney and the police with no luck. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You will regret it I guarantee it! The management is a complete joke! Obalin should not be running this property when she can’t even communicate with her tenants and give back the deposit ON TIME!

My dad lives on the second floor and I've stayed over here, but havnt found any cockroaches at all, it's in an ideal place where theres no establishment that would cause rodents or cockroaches to come
