After membership was cancelled I figured I should use my remaining credit! When I booked appointment I confirmed I had one credit available! I show up for my appointment and was advised I needed a new card on file so my membership is active to use up remaining credit! I got charged another $70 dollars and now have another credit so when I go to use that I won’t be in good standing I guess because I cancelled my membership! Is there a corporate office? The number I found isn’t in service!

I religiously book with Jim.. he is the best at therapeutic massage. I was in a car accident 7 years ago with issues in the shoulder and low back. Jim is the only person to get me relief of the pain in either area. He's not the guy to put you to sleep, but you won't hurt when you leave his massage. He's also a wealth of knowledge on healing.
