I have been going there for more than a year and so far I can give them a 5, but I went yesterday 12/9/22 to cash a check as soon as I arrived there was only one client, therefore only one teller, I went straight to the empty window and signed my check when another girl came out from behind, she told me that because she had signed it and I told her that she had just signed it, such a problem that the manager came and they answered me in a very rude manner because they even made me open my application from another bank so that Let's see who it was...as long as I didn't keep quiet, the manager told me that I had to take another photo because they only had my passport, let us know I wanted to continue the game because it was the first thing they did to get a card with them. Very bad attention from them 2 and not only to me but to the Cuban who was before me

Every once in a while when I get payed by a check I come here and they look at me with distrust and call the number on the check every time.. I been coming here for 15+ years. This is my last time. If you have a bank account it's better off going there. The only reason I've came here bc it's close to my house. I'm done with this place..
