I came for a facial and the whole experience was very weird. I previously went to the Warrington location which was much better. I paid for my service beforehand which I thought was odd. The facial itself was ok. I have a mark on my forehead that I am hoping is not going to be a permanent scar. I think it was when she did an extraction. It is still very red and I had the treatment a few weeks ago. Would not recommend and will not come back. EDIT- My dermatologist has confirmed the extraction she did is now a scar, so now I have to go through treatments to reduce the scar.
