It took me some time to write this because it’s honestly tough to put into words the impact this place has had on me physically and mentally. It sounds cliché but the team that works here day in and day out has created something special - Chris runs a top-notch place here. The gym is always clean and functional and the members are fantastic - it feels like a family to an extent. AFL has helped me transform the way I feel about myself and about fitness, and it’s because the team really cares about its members. I’ve never thought I could feel like this about exercise but I look forward to coming here every day. It’s been a true silver lining in what’s otherwise been a difficult few months and I can’t thank Chris and the team here enough. They’re fantastic people and I highly encourage folks to stop by and meet them!

I remember this happened to me last year this time. I do remember I had to go there when someone was in the office because I was not happy about it.. I remember noticing someone double dipped..
