New management took over my last apartment complex and raised rates to an unaffordable degree, and diminished the quality of living. Finding an affordable place to either buy or rent was really daunting because I needed to be in this area, so I was limited in my selection. I'm glad I looked into Executive House. I have to give a shout out to Sherrita and Sonia for all their help. They made the process enjoyable and even exciting. My unit is lovely, it's relatively quiet and peaceful. While I haven't been living here long, it's not my first rodeo, and compared to other rentals I feel here you get a lot of bang for your buck. The management is good and attentive. I am grateful to have found a nice place in this location.

I have never lived here so I can not say one thing however, when searching for an apartment I am certain that most know the price at this time is astonishing outrageous for anyone. So when Executive House came up during my search, I had to research it further. After reading the reviews carefully, I have decided NOT to persue Executive House for a rental place to move my family.

My ratings of this place have gone significantly down over the years. I used to love living here but management has since taken a turn for the worst. I’m hoping to get a response to this review because I can’t seem to get a response any other way from anyone. I’ve had a routine maintenance request pending since November 9th (6 weeks) that still hasn’t gotten taken care of, even after multiple calls and emails. I’ve actually had to put the same request in 3 times still with no response. I’m absolutely at my wits end and will not be continuing to live in this uninhabitable environment caused by maintenance negligence to accommodate requests. Not to mention, the leasing office hours are so unaccommodating to someone who works a full time job that it wouldn’t even be possible for me to talk to someone in person without taking time off of work. I am hoping this review serves as a warning to anyone looking to live here, please apply with caution.

I have been in contact with management about my air conditioner not operating correctly since may when it started to get warm and I turned on for 1st time. Maintenance if you can call them that came and stated that the air conditioner is only suppose to cool one room in the apartment! If my apartment closed up and the blinds are drawn for 8 hours of the day when I come home the apartment should be comfortable not hot. I have emailed several more times about the unit and had been promised it would be taken care of and to this day June 6th one of the hottest days of the year it is still not replaced and it is currently 89 degrees in my apartment and its only 11am. I have unit set at 62 and the air is coming out at 80 degrees. I do not recommend living here even though this is my 2nd time living here I am not impressed with my 2nd time around. I gave 1 star for location only.
