I understand that fried chicken is immersed in oil while cooking but my chicken was dripping oil on my plate and a lot of the breading was missing. I've had good chicken here before and maybe this was a one time debacle but the employee should pay more attention to what they are serving.

I've been here two different times. Both times the chicken sandwich was like eating rubber bands. Also the place is full of smoke. Someone please show them how to cook chicken properly, it makes me sad how much chicken is destroyed by them.

Messed up our $27 order. Went home with someone else's food. Even after asking is this my order? And being told, "yes ma'am". Edit: Counter people were quiet, just not careful. I called the PLK complaint line, and they fixed it. I will learn the lesson, check first, always.

Needs effort for covid imo A bit meh. They still have the soda machine open. Same with the tea. They put no effort into flow of traffic in such a small area for distancing. Drinks are prob the biggest thing though.
Not sure. I saw a sign on the store, but probably best to call and confirm with them.
