Y'all are lucky for the one star because can't choose zero. I had an unpleasant experience today while returning lettuce. That's right folks! Brandi and Venicia mgr, whatever name would not refund me $3.00!!!! It is not my problem that you won't get credit for it. Anyhow, I had to call customer service on these heifers. Got a gift card. You two clowns don't realize that it's my purchases and frequent shopping is keeping you employed! So, I came here to put you on blast so you'll know you made a mistake messing with me. Blue hair and wig weave is not a good look. Please find a reputable stylist or grow your own hair.

Roslyn and her crew were fabulous to me and my situation. I got a sidewall flat tire enroute to this Sam's Club to get gas. They accepted me as a walk in customer, put the spare tire on my vehicle (at no charge) and special ordered me a tire due to not having my size in stock. Called me early the next day and put the new tire on the vehicle. There compassionate, attention to detail and great spirits were priceless. A great experience and thank you for your enthusiasm in taking care of the customer. 👏👏🙏

I'm a careful Sams shopper. Really 4½⭐ from me. Sometimes next-door Walmart is cheaper on identical items. Do the math and save 💰. Use Scan and Go. It does things you need to be a wiser shopper. The Pharmacy is top notch. Period. The Bakery is swell. Auto Tire Dept is among the best out there. They use real T-plugs for repairs, which are forever free once you buy in. They'll shop your list and bring it out to the car. That means not having to walk the huge store. It's terrific if there's no need to personally pick. Exactly like catalog shopping. There are deals to be had when you learn their system and 'secret codes' on prices. Often there's unique items to browse, like in any marketplace. It's a wide variety of stuff to be had in Sams. You just need pantry storage space at home for the bulk buys. If you know how to keep food properly you can save some money.

I'm not sure about the hours, but when I went there last week it didn't the meat choices like before. That's to be expected no one is getting all their normal full shipments. It still a shortage of cashier's and they wait till the lines to leave are all the to registers before getting help to keep customers flowing out the door.

I bought it there about a year ago. Then they had another tea, an organic English breakfast, now that is gone too. The last time I was there, about a week ago they didn't have any bagged teas. Best thing to do is stock up when you find something you like.
Youd probably have to print out a confirmation email of some sort from Groupon or get in touch with them so that they can reissue you a card. If Sams cant find you in the system, then contacting Groupon is your best bet.
