They need to update their own updates. The last update was May 2020. None of their info is current. Also, waiting to talk to a person is horrible. It should take 30 min to an hour being stuck on hold just to ask a question. Typical government office! DON'T BOTHER setting up account on website. I tried many times & it refuses my Idaho Driver's License. Caldwell office is a total joke with the RUDEST, NASTIEST EMPLOYEES EVER! I may have to either use the Nampa or Meridian office because these people are impossible to work with.

Go online or to the local office and apply for one. If you go to the office you have to have state ID and SS number
You have to file forms every year about what you spend benefits on if you are a payee for anyone else
Birth card from hospital or birth certificate and your ID
Go to the office submit forms and take2 other different identification cards
Take ID and marriage license to get new SS card with new name
There is no charge, just make sure you bring in IDs
