About 2 or 3 months ago I needed my husband's high blood med so I called to get it filled n I explained if they could hold it a bit longer since I didn't have a ride n my husband was disable n couldn't leave him by himself. The pharmacist asked me if I wanted it mailed she could mail it I said ok. 2 weeks went by n I called n said I hadn't received it yet. She said I should get it soon.i gave up after calling like 3 times n gave him my meds .today August 17 received a Fed ex mail n just today got d medicine.called d manager to complain n he was Soo rude.told me they weren't a mail company if I wanted to I could go with another pharmacy this is d way they treat their customers. Will never fill another med there they just don't care if a patient has to wait for 3 months for their medicines.

Terrible pharmacy, their customer service is terrible! I called at 6:55 today and they ignored the ringing for 5 minutes straight! I walk in to Walmart and go to the pharmacy to have the screen shut in my face and told to come back the next day. My medication isn't saving my life or anything, but I can only imagine this happening to someone thats life depends on having their medication. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone for this occasion and past experiences in dealing with them. After tomorrow I am switching pharmacies.

I've been using Walmart pharmacy for a few years and never had an issue with one until I started using this location. Horrible customer. Back in August of 2020, I had major surgery and was needing my medication for after surgery so I called and the lady who I talked to said that it wouldn't be ready for a few hours when my doctor had already placed the order the day before.. She then proceeded to hang up on me, which caused my huband to call back and talk to her. I use the mobile app to refil my medication and the refills always end up not being in their system so then I have to reorder them and wait longer for them. Very disappointed in this pharmacy. I will be finding another pharmacy

Checked in told me it’s still being worked on it’ll be ready in 15-20 min. Came back and told me they’re not working on anything that it’s an over the counter. Thanks for not telling me the first time. 🕰
