It was good but it was built in 1960 so it's pretty dated

Great hidden gem. Must see if your family likes the stars and planets.

Yes, this is open to the general public, once or twice a month. You definitely need to call in advance, and you shouldn't trust the accuracy of website dates and times listed. This is a small planetarium, but you will get more individual education with the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered, compared to a larger planetarium with more people. By the way, goodluck finding the planetarium on campus with GPS. The Planetarium is also not listed on almost all the maps located on campus. When you do find the right building, you will enter in the front and turn right. You will walk down some stairs to enter. I did not see handicap āæļø accessibility. You might want to call in advance, if that is available. They did have a flyer for a star gazing club. I attached a picture šø with the contact information for that.
