The Eagle Public Library is open again. One thing to be aware of is that since covid 19 the library has change their hours of operation. Which isn't an issue but the change initially (not sure if it this way now) wasn't reflected on Google or on their website. It was frustrating to show up at the library and it be closed and the only place showing the changed hours was a paper sign taped in their window.
Not 100% sure but they are open. I am sure they can renew it.
Yes, even though the library is closed, the side entrance still has someone working curbside pick up and the sign said there was public access to computers.
Probably just your Library card info. Give them a call for more info!!
