I had a pool that was impacted by the winter storm and been needing to replace it. I was lucky to come across Josh at the Allen location. He knew it was important for me to get a good replacement and was very patient with me and all of my questions. He was working alone and multitasking helping other customers, and me without skipping a beat and still managed to make the process seamless. After I purchased the pool, the contractor needed additional parts to complete the project and typically they won’t release the parts w/o payment first and Josh was willing to work around my schedule to help accommodate the contractor and my work schedule which was very much appreciated! I am happy w my purchase and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking to get a pool.

Well, ..... I believe Crown Pools would be a great place to buy a pool but.... I have not been able to get anyone out to give me an estimate for cost of pool installation. Been waiting about 6-7 months. So no pool

I have an above ground pool, the water is milky looking and the pressure gauge climbs to 15. I backwash but a little later the gauge climbs again

Pool chemistry testing is free. Monthly, bi-weekly, or more often as you feel the need. Crown Pool provides a printout what chemicals need to be added. They'll offer to sell them without pressure or obligation for you to purchase.

Hi we're going to purchase a 22x52 Coleman above ground pool. Curious if your company puts these in the inground?

Hi Margaret, I am not familiar with that brand of above ground pool. I would ask to see the manufacturer's warranty to determine if they void the warranty on a partial buried pool. We sell Doughboy above ground pools, they were the originator of this concept over 60yrs ago and have built a pool capable of being partially and even fully buried in the ground. Lastly I would encourage you to buy from a local dealer not only to support your local community but also for product support after the sale.
