My advice would be to ask about pricing before scheduling any type of procedure. We've been taking our pets to Bethany for years and were always kept informed of pricing by Dr. Huq, Pam and the rest of the team; they were fantastic! If there was going to be a large amount, we were told. I was in for a most unpleasant surprise when I picked up my dog today. I guess I blame myself for not asking the right questions. Don't make my mistake!

We will not be back. We had to put down a 17 year old cat who had a stroke. We did not ask for pricing when we made the appointment, expected that it would be around $100. It was almost $400! And no that did not include an urn or getting the ashes back. $400 to put her down and communal cremation. Thier sister facility on Legacy would have been $200, and other vets in allen were around $110. Terribly over priced! And it's not like your getting personalized service when they are raiding your pocket book.
