Way too expensive for those old looking military houses. High crime in the area people that live there always getting burglarized.😱 Stay away not worth the money or the time police are always there. 👎👎

All I can say is the staff is second to none. I will love to give the person's name who helped me, buuut, They were amazing and is still helpful after moving into our home. The amenities are awesome love the fact I can hit the gym and then go swimming right after. Amazing. I have knowing bad to say.

I've never lived in a place that fulfills maintenance requests so efficiently. Wow. Just ask...it's unbelievable until you wake up the next morning and its fixed. Thanks Arbors!

Yep long story short we had to put a 30 day notice and we moved even before the 30 days expired, we only stayed there for a week. The place needs work or maybe no one wants to work on it. They paint over issues we walked into a dirty house some things were not working and the house has a stench. NOREEN however was so helpful and responsive she needs a raise and bonuses.

Someone from management just called me. She was actually a great help. She's going to contact animal control and see what they could do. Hopefully this issue cam be resolved Update: it seemed like something was being done but now there are more cats that moved in and have been born so nothing has changed.
