If I could rate below a one star I would. I was trying to get a room after the storm hit and I didn't have an electricity. I called the number on their website for a reservation. They accepted my reservation and credit card info. So, when I get there they also do not have any electric! Why wouldn't I have been told that? Then the desk clerk wanted to argue with me that I did not have a reservation there. I proceeded to pull up my gmail on my phone and show her my confirmation. I can understand a mix up with maybe it being a call center. But, do not try to make me look stupid when I have a confirmation in my email.

Extremely overpriced for what you get but the room was clean and everything worked. My only complaint besides price was there was a smoke detector in the hall chirping all night because its battery needed replaced. Asked the front desk if they could get someone to fix it, they said they would but never did. It was chirping when I checked in at 4 and was still chirping when I left the next morning at 9.

Overall good experience except the rooms are very dated, I could have done without the hair in the linens but ample parking, secure building, quiet and excellent choices for a quick breakfast!

Place is nice up front with a remodel to the lobby. Past that this place is gross. You get what you pay for here. Greasy handprints from past customers on the headboard showed exactly what this place is for. Just a quick time and then you should leave to find a better hotel. Won't be back
