Staff was very rude to me when purchasing tickets. Acted like I didn't want to see minions in 3D or that I didn't know what I was talking about. Paid 18 dollars for two tickets which is fine. But our movie didn't play. There was no picture for the previews and not for over 20 minutes into the movie. When I complained they told me they would let a manager know. The movie still did not start until another family complained. While telling staff that our movie wasn't playing I watched the same employee who was rude to me be rude to another guest who was trying to see a movie at 11:30. The employee rudely directed him to the signs when he asked "you have no movies playing currently?" He also said there were no movies playing at 11:30 when there were. The seat quality may have gone up but their employees are incredibly rude. The seats are designed poorly if you lose your phone between the seats it's near impossible to get back. The seats are slippery so your stuff just slides right down the sides.

Nice theater but for $7.00 I expect my drink to taste like a cola. I tried all four machines and the Coke Zero in all three tasted like soda water. You could see in the flow that there was not enough syrup.

I am so disappointed. We went to see Spiderman. There were large groups of kids running in and out of the theaters, yelling and shining the flashlights on their phones. It continued for the length of the movie. We didn't feel safe. It needs to be better supervised or shut down!! We used to love going there but will never go again!!

Do not waste your money on imax at this location. The theater is so old and out of date you'll get the same experience going to a regular theater. This place is usually well kept and not very crowded. It is beginning to feel dated though, But you'll Pay the same price for tickets as a new theater. I come here more for convenience than because I like the theater.
