If I could give one star, I would. I really wanted to give this place a chance as it's location is convenient for me. But every time there is something wrong and this time took the cake. We were on hold during a call for 45 minutes before deciding to just go and see if our prescription was done. We left the call on hold the entire time we drove and stood in line at the pharmacy. We even showed them our call on hold, at the time for an hour and 15 minutes. We were informed they didn't have enough staff. After we were told there was no prescription ready for my son when it was electronically sent over two days prior. Once they looked they DID get it done quickly. That is their only saving grace. When we tried to get a manager's name, they beat around the bush so we went up front and got it. We will be speaking with the manager, and switching to Kroger pharmacy from here on out.

Sometimes they just...won’t fill your prescription. Even if you have a confirmed order. In one case they needed contact from my prescriber for no reason even though I had refills. I had to call my doctor’s office in that case and the nurse recognized the address because she had problems with this CVS before.

BEWARE- This is absolutely one of the worst pharmacies I've ever seen. The pharmacists and assists are unorganized and do not know what they are doing. I never get consistent and accurate information. I can call to request a refill and they will tell me that it would be ready in two days, then come there for them to say that not only is not ready, but they will need another couple of hours to get it together. I just switched pharmacies and am now using Walgreens up the street on Northland Blvd, which is more efficient and more convenient as they are open 24-hours.
