I do not understand how they pass permits to still be open. So here’s the pro and cons: I walked in having to play hopscotch because The floor had puddles of water. More than one washer had a it’s soaked towel rolled up in front of it because water was coming out of them. More than one dryer that was out of service didn’t have a glass protector on the opening door. The pro: The dryer fully dried My rugs On warm setting in 30 minutes

This laundry mat is nasty and very dirty. My boss and I came here to wash for one of our buildings. We walked in to a wet floor with rolled up towels in front of 8 of the washer, the top of the washer's had detergent dry and crusty all over it. I'm a manager for a janitorial cleaning company this is absolutely the most nastiest laundry mat in the city.

Horrible. Broken machines, water all over the filthy floor. Old rolled up, soaking wet, moldy towels under the machines to catch leaky water. It was still extremely wet, and dangerous. Door fronts missing off of dryers.

I loaded four mega washers ($4.50) per washer. Washer 15 did not work: 1. No water during wash cycle 2. Some water during rinse cycle, unfortnately, spin cycle did not function. I ended up with a dirty wet comforter. 3. I loaded dryer # 9 it only blew cool air; I had the temperature setting on high. I called telephone number located near main entrance and left s detailed voice mesage stating the problem and requested a refund. I had to wait for two customerd to finish using dryers that workrd. More than half of the dryers were not working. Hopefully I will receive an apolgy and a refund of my money. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this estsblishment. I am considering contacting the City of Springdale and file a complaint related to the deplorable conditions.
