Bella Stone (Luciano) did a fantastic job both measuring the kitchen countertops and custom sink in granite. The tools they used to measure prior to cutting are high quality and insured that the pieces fit perfectly when it was time for installation. They made sure everything was perfectly level and that the finished product was perfect and the price was more competitive than others quoted. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

First off, when I initially contacted Bella stone it took me almost a month and a half to get a call back about measurements and to start the process. I left message after message. I used email/text/phone. I had me and my boyfriend trying to contact them at this point and were very unsuccessful. Once in contact and FINALLY getting the ball rolling 2 months later I finally had cabinets/granite ordered. Wait time wasn’t horrible but it did take awhile for a certain drawer that I ordered (understandable with COVID). Once cabinets were installed I noticed multiple deficiencies in which I communicated to be fixed and most of them were. (Warped door, missing caulk points, missing paint etc) I kept the $2,400 I owed them for install until they had fixed the issues I had made known. I made a couple final issues that I wanted taken care of known to an employee over the phone. damage to the bottom of cabinet from install, a couple door bumpers and a stain in cabinet doors. (This kitchen was not being used at this point whatsoever and wasn’t used till over a month after install) I was told there would be someone out to take care of this a month ago. I’ve left at least 10 text messages and a few phone calls with this company and have received no response. I waited to make this review for quite some time to give them the benefit of the doubt but after failing multiple times i had to do it. Good luck to the next guy. It’s a job in itself to just simply communicate with the company. So at this point I’m with a cabinet door with no bumpers, damage to the bottom of a cabinet from install and 2 cabinet doors that are stained. This was my last resort. I’m very dissatisfied and would not recommend based off the end result of their work. It almost seems like once they got my money for install I was no longer important. Also this review is under my name. The person who purchased the cabinets from Bella stone is my boyfriend Troy Weiss. That way there’s no confusion on who you have in your database based off some other reviews I’ve read that was your excuse. Saying “this persons name isn’t in our files so they must not be real reviews.”
